A bit of history
Our company, Biopoplar, boasts two locations in Europe: one in Cavallermaggiore, Italy, in the province of Cuneo, and one in the Catalan city of Girona, Spain. We have always been actively engaged in improving all the steps that are part of the production process related to woody biomass.
We are competitive and at the forefront thanks to numerous close collaborations with leading national and European scientific research institutions and to our proven experience in several European countries in the field of energy supply chains.
For these reasons, we position ourselves as a primary point of reference for feasibility studies, experimental tests, the realisation of production particles, the provision of technical assistance services and the creation of partnerships in the field of biomass production.

Together with Allasia Plant, Allasia Plant Magna Grecia and Almaverde Energia, we have formed a team of companies that has allowed us to gain an important position in the agro-energy chain, both nationally and internationally.
